How to use AI for client interaction?

The answer is chatbots!

You have probably already seen those small bubbles in the right down corner of the screen when navigating on some websites. Those are chatbots meant for the client to ask questions.

There are 2 possibilities:

1. They are operated by humans;

2. They are operated automatically;

3. In the first case, this is just a bit better than when clients mail you. Some workers still have to respond to them, and they are not available all the time. This type of chatbot is not extremely efficient.

4. Here there are also two possibilities. You either have a chatbot that can answer only to predetermine questions or you can have AI chatbots. The first type are, of course, not much better than writing some text with all the answers on your page. But the AI Chatbots can answer any question based on the information provided.

And there are many other platforms that you can use. I personally like Botpress as they have tutorials on YouTube, and they are easy to create.

But again, these bots cannot be customized indefinitely.

It also has an interface to analyze the Threads in your clients’ questions and needs.

So far, I talked only about chatbots on websites. But they can be integrated anywhere:

• websites;

• social media; (if the policies allow it)

• in your company, to teach the employees;

• on Telegram groups;

• analyzing mails;

Therefore, you have to automate all of these things, because otherwise your competition will do it and they will defeat you.

There are many other no-code tools that you can use, like make: https://www.make.com (for connecting AI agents to social media). I recommend that you play with some of these tools.

This is just a part of what is called AI automation.

You need to find a time-consuming task related to what I said before. Find someone who can provide a solution (or do it yourself). Implement the solution.
